One Year Repair Warranty
Mosaic 1u Tiles are warranted to one year free from defects and the like. This does not include user occurred defects, including but not limited to physical damage, power related damage, and water damage. User damage is subject to Mosaic’s discretion, and any evidence of misuse will result in a waived warranty.
Should a module be determined defective, all repairs and shipping costs will be covered. Please provide proof of purchase along with your tech support inquiry to get the process started. If the module is deemed irreparable, it will be replaced with a brand new unit. We are determined to ensure your confidence in our modules as creative tools for your endeavors, and will stop at nothing to build rapport.
Lifetime Repair Warranty
Mosaic 1u Tiles carry with them a lifetime repair warranty, from system to system and owner to owner. The only responsibility for the module owner is to cover the shipping costs to and from our shop. No matter the type of damage, defect, or bug that may occur, we will keep the lights on to get you back to patching.
Begin The Repair Process
Emails typically receive a response within 24 hours, with the exceptions of weekends. Turn around for repairs averages approximately two weeks from the modules arrival to our shop, and fluctuates depending on the complexity of the repair.
